Terms of Service | Zero-G Indoor Skydiving

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zero-G Indoor Skydiving website ("hushzoreli.ink") and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Zero-G provides indoor skydiving experiences, VR-enhanced flight simulations, team building events, and related entertainment services at our facility. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged for corporate events. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your session.

4. Participant Requirements

Participants must meet the following requirements:

Minimum age: 4 years old (with parent/guardian consent for minors)
Maximum weight: 300 lbs (136 kg)
No recent shoulder dislocations or back/neck injuries
Not currently pregnant
Must sign a liability waiver before participation

5. Safety & Conduct

All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in a manner that compromises the safety of others.

6. Liability

Indoor skydiving is an inherently physical activity. While we maintain the highest safety standards, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with wind tunnel flight. All participants must sign a comprehensive liability waiver.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and design elements, is the property of hushzoreli.ink and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
